Bah Humbug - Challenge 9 - Embossing - CHNC 10 Embossing

Another week has flown by. I was meeting myself coming backwards with one thing and another. Quite an emotional week, feel very drained. I had hoped to get down to some crafting to take my mind off things but it didn't happen. I managed to make a very quick card yesterday - enjoyed emersing myself in being creative for half an hour or so.
Before I go onto showing my card for this weeks Bah Humbug Challenge 'Embossing' I would like to say a huge thank you Max and Ann for the most amazing surprise that arrived by post last Saturday morning. I was taken aback when the postie handed over a huge box and inside were The most gorgeous carnations and some choccies - Thankyou again Max and Ann .. You really made my day! I was so delighted to be able to help out .. Thank you to you both, your truly wonderful!

My beautiful flowers from Max and Ann .. Thank you so very much to you both xx

  1. Sorry to hear that life is still difficult, Carole - sending hugs. Your card is super - I haven't seen that embossing stencil (looks like one I need to put on my wishlist - lol!). Thank you for joining in my CHNC challenge 10 - hope to see you again next week. x

  2. I'm sending hugs down the computer too Carole - so sorry life is proving difficult for you at the moment.
On a brighter note I'm so pleased you loved your flowers. They were well deserved - you worked so hard on cards for us at Humbug Hall in Jan and Feb we wanted to do something special to say thank you.
Seems funny to have you joining in the challenges via the comments now but so glad to see you joining and with a fab card yet again. Love your new folder - I keep saying I've got enough but like you I am easily tempted.
    Take care

  4. Hi Carole - (((((HUGS)))))
So pleased the flowers added a little smile to your day ... just a small token of appreciation after your willingness to help us out with the challenges while Irene and myself were out of action.
I haven't seen that embossing folder but will definitely look out for it as it's lovely! Really like the cute button and bow detail.
